Upstairs a large open living room with plenty of natural light and wonderful views of Knipe Scar and the Lowther Valley. Beyond the lounge, in a spacious alcove, is a double bed.

Shared use of the garden with terrace and lawn. Off-road parking for 1 car. Storage for bicycles. One quiet, well-behaved dog welcome downstairs only.
There are plenty of short and long walks in and around Helton including access to the open fells of Askham Moor and walks through the Lowther Estate.

This comfortable cottage with many original features is adjoining Talbot Studio( allowing comfortable accommodation for a group of 7 people if both cottages are rented together).
Downstairs:a entrance porch leads to the spacious lounge/dining room with open fireplace and exposed beams.Colour TV & video.Views of the village greens.

Kitchen with electric cooker and hob,microwave , fridge , freezer . Beautiful view of the Lowther valley (from the kitchen sink!)

Separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer and access to the garden (shared with Talbot Studio) .
Upstairs bedrooms:1 double, 1 twin,1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Prices include a reasonable amount of electricity. Prices include bed linen & towels.Cot & high chair available.

There is no booking fee.Cancellation insurance is not included in the price.On–road parking for 2 cars.Storage for bicycles.
